Our Purpose
The purpose of this course is to help coaches learn how to leverage mindfulness to evoke awareness. In this course, participants learn how to apply various mindfulness techniques, such as visualization, floating leaf meditation, focus meditation, and open monitoring/scanning meditation approaches. Likewise, participants will learn how to apply the MIND™ coaching model to help their coachees tap into the deeper meaning on how self-awareness and perceptions foster mental shifts.
This course informs coaches on learned behavior and its influence on thoughts, emotions, and mood which can impact productivity, goal attainment, and decision making. Additionally, participants will discover how to apply mindfulness innovatively to help clients optimize their full potential.
Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate the program to receive your certificate of completion and 12 CCEs, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Complete 80% of the coursework assignments

Participate in 80% of the live discussions

Pass all quizzes with a minimum of 75% or 5 or more points

Pass the Final Assessment with 80% or 5 or more points

Complete 1-hour of coach supervision/mentoring in a group or 1:1
