About Our Founder
Reid Ready® was founded by Dr. Dawn C. Reid, PCC, a credentialed coach, educator, and scholar‑practitioner with over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, and organizational development.
As founder of Reid Ready®, Dr. Reid leads the design and delivery of accredited coach training, leadership programs, and professional development experiences. Her work focuses on building ethical, culturally responsive, evidence-based coaching and leadership capability.
Dr. Reid’s background spans behavioral science, coaching psychology, leadership development, and higher education. She has developed and led accredited training programs, coached leaders across sectors, and served in professional governance and advisory roles within the coaching industry.
While Dr. Reid maintains a separate private coaching and mentoring practice, Reid Ready® exists specifically to educate, train, and equip others to coach and lead well.
