  • Lab 1: Baseline + Debrief — assessments, reporting, and facilitated interpretation to identify communication and execution risks and ways to mitigate those risks.

  • Lab 3: Execution Enablement — apply DISC to real projects and cross-functional work; create a practical “ways of working” playbook.

 

Leadership Add-On (optional): leader briefing + coaching circle to reinforce adoption and sustain behavior change.
