The Reid Ready® Master Coach Training (RRMC) is ICF-accredited Level 1 training that includes 120 coach training hours over 32 weeks, mentor coaching, and competency-based assessment. RRMC is Phase 1 (Stabilize) of the Reid Ready Apprenticeship Pathway. Training hours are required and tracked; certification is awarded when hours are paired with demonstrated competency, ethical practice, and outcomes-based evidence reviewed by credentialed faculty.
Coach Training Programs
RRMC is the Phase 1 foundation of our apprenticeship pathway and is designed to build hands-on competency, ethical practice, and professional readiness. Phase completion is determined by evidence and review (not seat time). RRMC is the entry point for coaches pursuing Level 1/ACC credentials, with additional apprenticeship phases available by invitation and demonstrated readiness. Business development is taught as a responsibility, not a shortcut—only after Phase 1 standards are met.
Certification through Reid Ready® emphasizes required training hours plus demonstrated competency, ethical judgment, and real‑world application. Our programs develop coaches who think critically, uphold ethical standards, and facilitate meaningful growth in complex contexts—where tools may assist the process, but the coaching relationship remains human‑led.

Reid Ready® Master Coach Training (RRMC)
The Reid Ready® Master Coach (RRMC) program is an instructor-led, ICF-accredited Level 1 coach training designed to provide hands-on experience and develop key coaching competencies to expertly facilitate the coaching process. Participants build a coaching portfolio demonstrating capability and readiness for Level 1/ACC credentialing. Training is delivered virtually in English (closed captions available by request). RRMC includes the required ICF-accredited training hours and mentor coaching; hours are required and tracked. Certification through Reid Ready® is awarded when training-hour requirements are paired with demonstrated competency, ethical practice, and evidence-based review. RRMC is open enrollment and serves as initial coach training for those pursuing Level 1/ACC credentials.
KEY PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

ICF Level 1 training hours are required and tracked (120 hours total; 60 synchronous / 60 asynchronous).

Instructor-led delivery with competency-based assessment (certification is not awarded by attendance alone).

10 hours of mentor coaching with competency assessment and written feedback.

Small cohort experience (maximum 10 participants).
Integrated curriculum modules included in tuition: Ethical Excellence, MIND™ Coaching, and CSC™ (Culturally Sensitive Coaching). -
Apprenticeship privileges: 12 months of directory listing privileges and Community of Practice access.
