Team Learning Lab - Extended DISC®

Service Description

Are you a D, I, S, or C? Are you more task-oriented or people-oriented? Do others say you have reserved or active energy? In this full-day learning lab, you and your team will participate in engaging activities, discover your respective natural behavior styles, and learn how your behavior shows up as a team. Likewise, team members will explore why some team members are the life of the party or keep to themselves, and why others are all about the data or more about the people. Learn how to leverage this data to work more coherently and develop strategies to incorporate the Extended DISC® program into your organization to achieve long-term productivity and culture sustainability. What's included: - Extended DISC® Assessment (for up to 10 team members, and 1 manager/leader) - One Leadership Report - One Team Report - One Individual report for each team member - Two 30-minute leader/manager check-in/follow-up sessions - Activity & Training Material - Reference Card - 30% Discount on additional reports, coaching sessions, and/or consulting services to continue to build on your team's learning and development. NOTES: Classes can be split over 2 days (2 half-days vs. 1 full day). There is a 15% fee difference for splitting sessions over two days. Prices reflect only full-day delivery. Classes can be virtual or in-person. We recommend in-person for a more engaging experience. Cost does not include travel or lodging expenses for in-person facilitation. We do not provide food for breaks and strongly recommend that the organization provide snacks, water, or catering for team-building events.
