Service Description

Extended DISC® helps teams understand behavioral patterns that shape communication, decision-making, and collaboration. In this facilitated Team Performance Lab, participants complete assessments, review individual and team insights, and translate results into practical “ways of working” the team can apply immediately—meeting norms, feedback practices, decision clarity, and conflict navigation. The lab is designed to improve cohesion, reduce preventable friction, and support sustained productivity and culture outcomes. What’s Included - Extended DISC® assessments for up to 10 team members plus 1 manager/leader - Leadership report - Team report - Individual reports for each participant - Two 30-minute leader/manager follow-up sessions - Interactive lab activities and training materials - Reference tools and implementation resources - 30% preferred rate on additional reports, coaching, and consulting services 12-hour Starter Lab (Up to 10 participants) — time allocation Lab 1: Assessment + Debrief — 4.0 hours Lab 2: Team Application — 4.0 hours Lab 3: Execution + Ways of Working — 4.0 hours DISC Leadership Reinforcement Forum (Add-On): A facilitated peer coaching forum for people leaders to apply DISC in real situations—communication, feedback, decision-making, and conflict—while reinforcing team agreements and “ways of working.” Designed to support adoption and measurable behavior change after the Lab. There are two options: four or six total hours. The hours are broken into 60-90-minute intervals and can be met weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Notes - Available virtual or in-person. In-person is recommended for maximum engagement. - On-site delivery does not include travel or lodging and is billed separately. - For on-site delivery, the organization provides refreshments/catering as desired. - Delivery: Three facilitated labs totaling 12 hours, typically delivered as three half-day sessions. For scheduling flexibility, labs may be split into shorter modules across additional dates. Additional delivery dates are available by request and may require adjusted pricing based on scheduling and facilitation time. For 11+ participants or multiple teams, request an Enterprise proposal (includes leadership enablement and measurement). Pricing includes assessments, reporting, facilitation, and digital deliverables; on-site delivery is billed separately for travel and lodging. Printed material is also billed separately and upon request.
