I introduce you to my coaching and consulting approach, provide key recommendations and resources for immediate implementation, and partners with you to create an organization or practice setup to thrive. After our consulting services, you can decide how you want to continue our partnership as we dive deeper in equipping you with a personalized plan for continued success. Experience the transformative power of Reid Ready in optimizing your business operations, company culture, leader capabilities, or team performance. This service may include one or more of the following: - Needs assessment - Strategy development - Resource allocation and tools - Metrics assessments and recommendations - Impact and risk assessment - Activities and templates - Information gathering and research - Documenting process and procedures - Coaching and/or SME consulting. NOTE: Creating business development components, executing or driving strategies are an additional investment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, use the email notification received when you registered, or contact our offices for instructions before the cancellation time period. Late cancellations that occur by or after the cancellation or rescheduling period and no-shows will incur a non-cancellation fee (NCF) of 50% of the training or coaching service costs, and 100% of any included trainer expenses. There are no refunds for cancellations or rescheduled courses, course components, or coaching sessions. Participants are expected to attend the full program.
