I introduce you to my coaching and consulting approach, provide key recommendations and resources for immediate implementation, and partners with you to create an organization or practice setup to thrive. After our consulting services, you can decide how you want to continue our partnership as we dive deeper in equipping you with a personalized plan for continued success. Experience the transformative power of Reid Ready in optimizing your business operations, company culture, leader capabilities, or team performance. This service may include one or more of the following: - Needs assessment - Strategy development - Resource allocation and tools - Metrics assessments and recommendations - Impact and risk assessment - Activities and templates - Information gathering and research - Documenting process and procedures - Coaching and/or SME consulting. NOTE: Creating business development components, executing or driving strategies are an additional investment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, use the email notification or instructions you received when you registered, or contact our offices for instructions before the cancellation period ends. Late cancellations that occur by or after the cancellation or rescheduling period, and no-shows, will incur a non-cancellation fee (NCF) equal to 50% of the training, consulting, or coaching service costs and 100% of any included trainer expenses. There are no refunds for cancellations or rescheduled courses, course components, consulting, or coaching sessions. Participants are expected to attend the full program or session. Discounts or promotions cannot be combined or converted to cash. There may be an expiration date on your booking offer, where applicable. You are responsible for reading all communications (notifications, emails, correspondence, and messages, etc.) we send, regardless of platform or method sent. Failure to read and/or respond to communications can negatively impact your services, discounts, and offerings. Void where prohibited.
