Our expert panelists will dissect the findings of the International Coaching Federation's 2023 white paper on DEI within coaching, shedding light on its implications and potential avenues for progress. We will explore the challenges faced by aspiring coaches in their training journeys, the pervasive biases within the coaching industry that disproportionately affect black coaching professionals, and the stark lack of representation and access to qualified, trained black coaches.

Throughout the 45-minute session, we will examine how these systemic issues impact clients or coachees seeking guidance, navigating cultural differences, and hindering the realization of equitable coaching opportunities. Moreover, our panelists will offer practical strategies and insights aimed at fostering inclusivity and diversity within the coaching landscape.
