 CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL COACHING WEEK: ICF PHILADELPHIA INVITES YOU TO ATTEND OUR PANEL DISCUSSION!

The purpose of this event is to connect coaching professionals, experts, and organizations in a worthwhile discussion on creating, implementing and expanding a coaching culture to increase productivity and profitability outcomes. Accordingly, ICF (2020) defines coaching as “partnering with coachees in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” This discussion panel will drive home coaching within organizations and help decision makers and leaders understand what it means to have a coaching culture. 

Befittingly, the discussion topic focuses on: why implementing a coaching culture is necessary for your organization and how to optimize your workplace through coaching.  We will have ICF credentialed coaches present case studies, lessons learned and address your questions on how coaching can benefit your organization, and the potential ROI for companies who have strong coaching cultures.
