Associate Coach Training & Mentoring Program

Classes begin in October and will be delivered on Tue & Thur at 11am or 6pm EST. Dates and times will be confirmed before classes start. However, you can hold Tue/Thr at the time you wish to attend classes on your calendar until you recieve the class participation invite.

This course is a combination of asynchronous (20+ hours) and synchronous learning (20+ hours). Our 20 week program is very intense so you must have dedicated time to cover the material fully and participate in the live demos and discussions.  Asynchronis learning and material is implemented through our Wix learning mangement system (W-LMS). Participants can login to our W-LMS 7 days a week to work on projects and lessons. During synchronous learning, participants will meet twice weekly on Zoom to have group discussions, Q&A, and experience live demos, mentoring and, coaching supervision around asking powerful questions, active listening, facilitating the coaching process and incorporating coaching models and activities.  For this course, we cover the basics of creating a resume and career strategizing during synchronous learning. Information about starting and operating a coaching "business" as an external coach is available on the W-LMS.

Training includes:

• 40+ hours of coach-specific training (20 synchrnous and 20 asynchrnous training)*
• 5-qualified mentoring hours
• Earn up to 40 CCEs
• Evidenced-based coaching approach and theories
• No more than 10 students per class
• Mindfulness coaching framework
• Culturally senstiive coaching framework
• Coaching competency development and ethical standards training
• Instructions in how to apply for internal coaching positions with organizations
• Instructions in how to start a coaching practice for external coaches

Receive a certificate of completion by the end of the training and earn up to 40 CCEs.

We will email you the course login information before the course begins. This course meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday for 2-hours.

If you do not see a date that works for your schedule, please contact our office. We will add dates if we can get 4+ participants to register for the course.

Note. Coaching research suggests training and competency development can increase your expertise and ability to be an effective coach. Reid Ready® Life Coaching, LLC (RRLC) fully adheres to this recommendation, the ICF code of ethics and core compentencies, and train prospective coaches on being professionally skilled, using evidence-based tools and instruction. If you follow and complete our program you will be designated a professionally certified coach. Our program meets, or exceeds professional coach development requirements. However, RRLC, its coaches, coach trainers, coach-mentors or training moderators, or its owner, do not make any guarantees about your outcome or career options.

*Training can take longer than 20-weeks due to observance of US federal holidays, the participants determination to complete the module portion and complete the exam for the course within the time frame allotted. This course meets continued coaching education for re-credentialing.
