Discover the practical power of mindfulness in coaching with this self-study MIND™ course designed to strengthen presence, awareness, and coaching effectiveness. You will learn how to apply evidence-informed mindfulness techniques—such as focused attention and open monitoring—to support clients in reducing reactivity, increasing clarity, and making more intentional choices. The course introduces the proprietary MIND™ model, a cognitive-focused framework that helps you evoke awareness and maintain focus without over-directing the client. All lessons, readings, and assessments are completed asynchronously in our LMS, with materials provided in American English. To deepen application, the course includes 90 minutes of live mentoring (1:1 or group sessions are based on availability and training completion).
