You will apply ICF ethical standards and core coaching competencies using practical exercises, reflection prompts, and decision-making scenarios you can use immediately in client work. Coursework is completed online and asynchronously through our LMS in American English. To support real-world application, the program includes 90 minutes of live mentoring (1:1 or peer group, based on availability and training completion).
