About
This is a virtual training program designed for aspiring coaches who want solid, practical training without the cost or commitment of a full credential-track program. The course is aligned with ICF ethics and core competencies. It blends self-paced learning with live skills labs to help participants understand what coaching is (and is not), practice essential coaching skills, and begin building confidence through real coaching conversations. Participants complete six 90-minute live sessions, four self-paced modules (approximately 3-5 hours each), two 30-minute 1:1 sessions (one mentoring-focused and one business/resource-focused), and 10 required coaching practice hours logged using the provided tracker, in 3 months. Training is delivered in English. RRAC is a strong starting point for those who want to develop coaching skills, professionalism, and an ethical foundation—and to decide, from an informed place, whether pursuing ACC credentials later is the right next step. Why Participate? - Learn the foundations of coaching and skillfully apply core coaching competencies in real conversations. - Practice coaching with structure and feedback (live labs + 1:1 support) while completing 10 logged practice hours. - Operate with clear boundaries and professionalism through training aligned with ICF ethics and core competencies. - Create a simple starter offer and outreach plan to begin building your coaching business ethically and sustainably. - Earn partial-fulfillment CCE hours for completed modules/sessions (up to 28 CCE hours total). Who Should Attend? - Aspiring coaches who want a credible, skills-based introduction before investing in a larger program - New coaches who want to strengthen fundamentals, ethics, and confidence through guided practice - Professionals exploring coaching as a future pathway and wanting clarity on next steps (including ACC later, if desired) Pay in full or contact us to discuss an installment plan. Starts May 19. End Aug 31.
