Associate Coach Training Program (Instructor-led)

This is a virtual training program designed for aspiring coaches who want solid, practical training without the cost or commitment of a full credential-track program. The course is aligned with ICF ethics and core competencies. It blends self-paced learning with live skills labs to help participants understand what coaching is (and is not), practice essential coaching skills, and begin building confidence through real coaching conversations. Participants complete six 90-minute live sessions, four self-paced modules (approximately 3-5 hours each), two 30-minute 1:1 sessions (one mentoring-focused and one business/resource-focused), and 10 required coaching practice hours logged using the provided tracker, in 3 months. Training is delivered in English. RRAC is a strong starting point for those who want to develop coaching skills, professionalism, and an ethical foundation—and to decide, from an informed place, whether pursuing ACC credentials later is the right next step.
