You’ll explore how sociocultural context and social identity can shape accountability, productivity, communication, and goal attainment, and learn practical ways to coach with greater clarity, humility, and impact. Delivered virtually and asynchronously in American English through our LMS, the program is flexible and accessible. To support application, the course includes 90 minutes of live mentoring (1:1 or group, based on availability and training completion).
