Extended DISC® Assessment

Service Description

You will complete an Extended DISC® assessment and receive a 2-hr coaching session (can be broken up into two, 1-hr sessions) where we will explore your natural behavior, what holds you back in personal or professional relationships, where you put the most emotional or behavioral energy, and how you can make behavioral adjustments to better communicate and engage with others. You can use the assessment data and session outcomes to learn how to improve your relationships, strategically identify more suitable career paths for your behavior type or build your leadership capacity. Activities and long-term planning are included. NOTES: 1. When you purchase a coaching package, the Extended DISC® assessment is included in your coaching program. 2. Call for a consultation if you want to do a team building workshop or incorporate cultural changes within your organization.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us to reschedule your session at least 24-hours before your session begins. Failure to reschedule will incur a Non-Cancellation Fee (NCF) which is the cost of your session, plus discontinuation of future sessions and services, paid or unpaid, and the application of additional late service fees. There is no refund for cancellations or discontinuation of services.
