Professional Coach Training Program

This course is a combination of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Our 16-week program is very intense so you must have dedicated time to cover the material fully and participate in the live demos and discussions.  Asynchronis learning and material are implemented through our learning mangement system (LMS). During synchronis learning, participants will have group discussions, Q&A, and experience live demos, mentoring and, coaching supervision around asking powerful questions, active listening, facilitating the coaching and incorporating coaching models and activities.  For this course, we cover the basics of creating a resume and career strategizing during synchronis learning. Information about starting and operating a coaching "business" as an external coach is available on the LMS.

Training includes:

• 70-hours of coach-specific training over 16-weeks* 
• Up to 61 CCEs
• Evidenced-based coaching approach and theories
• No more than 10 students per class
• Coaching competency development and ethical standards training
• Instructions in how to apply for internal coaching positions with organizations
• Focus on a mindfulless, solution-focused and pluralistic coaching
• Introduction to cultural sensitivity coaching

Receive a certificate of completion by the end of the training and earn up to 61 CCEs.

We will email you the course login information before the course begins. Your can begin working on course lessons the Monday before the first coaching supervision meeting.  

If you do not see a date that works for your schedule, please contact our office. We will add dates if we can get 4+ participants to register for the course.

Note. Coaching research suggests training and competency development can increase your expertise and ability to be an effective coach. Reid Ready Life Coaching, LLC (RRLC) fully adheres to this recommendation, the ICF code of ethics and core compentencies, and train prospective coaches on being professionally skilled, using evidence-based tools and instruction. If you follow and complete our program you will become a professional certified coach. Our program meets, or exceeds, many coaching proganization requirements. However, RRLC, its coaches, coach trainers, coach-mentors or training moderators, or its owner, do not make any guarantees about your outcome or career options.

*Training can extend longer than 16 weeks due to observance of US federal holidays, the participants determination to complete the module portion and completing the exam for the course within the time frame allotted.
