Reid Ready® was founded by Dr. Dawn C. Reid, PCC, a credentialed coach, educator, and scholar-practitioner with over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, and organizational development. She leads the design and delivery of accredited coach training, leadership programs, and professional development experiences.
Her work focuses on building ethical, culturally responsive, evidence-based coaching and leadership capability. Her background spans behavioral science, coaching psychology, leadership development, and higher education.
Her path to coaching
Originally planning to become a therapist, Dr. Reid studied psychology and researched how people become the best version of themselves. During her PhD program, an experience with coaching shifted the course of her career and led her to refocus her research on coaching psychology.
