Master Coach Training & Mentoring Program

The purpose of this course is to develop a coach's skills by focusing on core coaching competencies and ethical standards. The program's objective is to help coaching professionals align with th requirements to obtain their coaching credentials and masterfully deliver excellence in their coaching practice.  This course is considered initital coach training and has no prerequisits. We meet twice a week, for 2-hours per session. There is blend of (62 hrs) asynchronous and  (62 hrs) synchronus learning. The asynchronous portion is carried out on our Wix Learning Management System (W-LMS) and compliments the synchronus learning, which is carried out virtually (e.g., Zoom) and delivered in English. We can have close-captioned for live sessions, and material translated into Spanish/Portugese, Chinese-Traditional, Japanese, German, French, and Italian upon request. 

This is a rigous curriculum and you are expected to devote a minimum of 6 hours per week on asychronous material and training.  There is no prerequisite for this program and the course is considered initial coach training if you are seeking Level 1 credentials.

Training includes:-

• A minimum of 124-coach specific training hours over 32-weeks (approximately 50% of hours are synchronous training including coaching supervision/observation and feedback, and 50% of hours are asynchronous training to reinfource learning)
• An additional 10 hours of qualified coach-specific mentoring for another 10-16-weeks
• Evidenced-based coaching approach and frameworks
• No more than 10 students per class
• Instructions on how to start, build, and manage your coaching practice as an external coach
• Intructions on how to build a career strategy to attain a role as an internal coach
• Focus on a mindfulless, solution-focused and pluralistic coaching approach
• Introduction to cultural sensivity/cultural intelligence coaching 
• Ability ot attain 100 coaching hours (75 paid coaching hours)
• Paid internships and coaching opportunities after your training
• A selection of free and discounted Reid Ready® services and events
• Continued support after you graduate/learning continuity

Create a portofilio that include: a certificate of completion to satisfy the 60+ training hours, coach competency assessment, coaching supevision, 10 qualified mentoring hours, and 100 coaching hours, when you complete this all-inclusive program.

Coaching research suggests training and competency development can increase your expertise and ability to be an effective coach. Reid Ready® Life Coaching fully adheres to this recommendation, and ethics and core coaching compentencies. We train prospective coaches on delivering professional coaching, using evidence-based tools and instruction. If you follow and complete our program you earn a professionall coach certification designation. Our program meets, or exceeds, the requirements of most coaching organizations. However, RRLC, its coaches, coach trainers, coach-mentors or training moderators, or its owner, do not make any guarantees about your outcome or career options. This course will certify you as a Reid Ready Master Coach (RRMC).

*Training can take longer than 32 weeks due to observance of US federal holidays, the participants determination to complete the module portion and exam for the course within that time frame allotted. However, you will earn at least 124 hours of synchronous and asynchronous training during the time frame.
