About
The Reid Ready® Master Coach (RRMC) program is an ICF-accredited Level 1 coach training delivered virtually in English and designed as an apprenticeship-style learning experience. You will learn the coaching competencies through structured practice, observation, feedback, and guided reflection—then document your growth through a portfolio of evidence aligned to ICF standards. RRMC is built for aspiring coaches who want more than “seat time”: training hours are required and tracked, and readiness is demonstrated through competency-based performance and ethical practice. Closed captions are available in several non-English languages, and select materials can be translated upon request. No prerequisites are required.
