Service Description

In this 124-hrs course, new or experienced human resource and talent managers will participate in engaging, rigorous and evidenced-based sessions to help develop their coaching capabilities and earn their industry credential as a Level 1 - Associate Certified Coach. The objective of the course is to teach: - evidenced-based, industry standard coaching practices - coaching competencies needed for effective leadership - how to use coaching models to guide the coaching process - being a peer coach for individual contributors, and leaders to build the culture - Level 1 coach certification preparation What will you learn? - What coaching is, and is not - Coaching competencies and ethics - Fundamental of coaching - Understanding and applying coaching models - Facilitating the coaching process - Coaching through change and transition - Coaching for improving performance - Coaching the coach training for mentoring peers and leaders - Culturally sensitive coaching for DEIB focused organizations - Mindfulness coaching for whole-person results You will also receive: - Access to our online learning platform to complete assignments and assessments - Dr. Reid's book "Coaching for Success" - 10-hrs of coach mentoring to practice and experiment with the skills you learn - Level 1 coach certification preparation (RRMC training course) Who is the course for? - New human resource (HR) and talent managers (TM) - HR & TM leaders of processes and teams in a matrixed organization - HR & TM professionals who want to earn Level 1 - Associate Coach Certification The course is a total of 124-hours and is instructor led. It can be delivered virtually, in-person or a hybrid combination of both. Our team will work with your organization to create a customized training delivery schedule to support busy leaders.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your course sessions, please contact our offices before the cancellation time period. Late cancellations that occur by or after the cancellation or rescheduling period will incur a non-cancellation fee (NCF) up to 33% of the total course costs, and any included trainer expenses. There are no refunds for cancellations or rescheduled courses or course components. Participants are expected to attend the full program.
