Support & Resources for the Neuro-Spicy!
I noticed that many of my clients are being diagnosed as "neuro-spicy." While I do not specialize in this area, I have been learning a lot, and I've helped my neuro-spicy clients achieve great results. Since I am not a gatekeeper, I am sharing great info that I have learned along the way and a few resources to help other coaches and anyone who identifies as neurodiverse!
If you have any additional tips or recommendations, share 'em in the comments!
