Meh…

This was a crisp cava. Very light berry taste. If you like brut this is that. It was ok. I’m not a rose type of lady. I think I’d make a fun drink with it—adding fresh berries to a flute glass and a sugar cube. Powder the rum with sugar.
Paired well with a vodka a la penne. I think it would pair well with an Alfredo dish too.
