How We Help You THRIVE!



As you know, we help leaders and coaches THRIVE. Have you wondered what that means? Of course, we imply thriving or thriving as its true meaning: to help a group become successful and develop vigorously and tenaciously! However, we also mean something much more and much deeper. THRIVE is an acronym that represents the "how" we help coaches and leaders THRIVE.


A Reid Ready® coach applies this model to guide our coaching and training members toward personal growth, resilience, and well-being. Each letter in THRIVE represents a key aspect we focus on when you work with us:

 

  1. T - Targeted Goals:

  • Encourage Reid Ready® coaching and training members to set SMART-R goals that align with their values, aspirations, and desired outcomes.

  • Coach them to break down larger goals into smaller, achievable steps.

  • Regularly review progress and adjust goals as needed.

  1. H - Habits and Routines:

  • Help Reid Ready® coaching and training members establish positive habits and routines that support their well-being.

  • Explore daily practices related to physical health (exercise, nutrition, sleep), mental health (mindfulness, gratitude), and emotional balance.

  • Guide them in creating a consistent routine that promotes overall thriving.

  1. R - Resilience Building:

  • Resilience is crucial for navigating life’s challenges. Coach our Reid Ready® members on developing resilience:

  • Mindset: Encourage a growth mindset, emphasizing learning from setbacks.

  • Adaptability: Teach flexibility and adaptability in the face of adversity.

  • Social Support: Strengthen social connections as a buffer against stress.

  1. I - Inner Exploration:

  • Help Reid Ready® coaching and training members explore their inner world:

  • Self-awareness: Reflect on values, strengths, and areas for growth.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Understand and manage emotions effectively.

  • Self-compassion: Cultivate kindness toward oneself.

  1. V - Vision and Values:

  • Assist Reid Ready® coaching and training members in clarifying their life vision and core values:

  • Vision: What kind of life do they aspire to create?

  • Values: What principles guide their decisions and actions?

  • Aligning actions with values leads to a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

  1. E - Energy Management:

  • Optimal well-being requires managing physical and mental energy:

  • Physical Energy: Encourage regular exercise, proper nutrition, and rest.

  • Mental Energy: Teach stress management, mindfulness, and focus techniques.

  • Harmony: Help coaching and training members harmonize work, play, and rest.


Our goal is to coach or train the whole person. Coaching and training are collaborative processes and THRIVE accounts for every part of you as you learn and develop to optimize your full potential. Each Reid Ready® coach and facilitator adapts this model to their coachee’s unique needs and circumstances.
