Kickstart 2025 with Purpose!




As we kickstart 2025, let's shift from traditional resolutions to setting meaningful key objectives throughout the year. To help you get started, we're launching a 6-Week Challenge designed to guide you through setting and achieving your goals. Participate in this challenge and share your experiences in your community group sessions which meet twice monthly, in the member forum, or schedule time with your Reid Ready® Coach. You can also use this challenge as a journal activity!


Week 1: List Your Priorities

Begin by listing everything you want to achieve in 2025. Nothing is off-limits. Share your list with your community group and discuss how these priorities align with your values and long-term vision. Use this week to reflect deeply on what truly matters to you.


Week 2: Narrow Down Your Focus

Choose five key objectives from your list. In your next community group session, in the forum, or with your coach, explain why these objectives are important and how they will improve your life. This week is about honing in on what will make the most significant difference.



Week 3: Set SMART-R Goals

Transform your objectives into SMART-R goals. Discuss with your CoP group how you plan to make your goals Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, Time-bound, and Resource-supported. This week, focus on creating a clear roadmap for success. Tip: focus on goals that complement or build upon each other.


Week 4: Create Milestones

Break down each objective into smaller milestones. Focus on low-hanging fruit and quick wins as your starter tasks, then work towards more complex goals requiring more effort. Share your milestones with the group and brainstorm ways to celebrate each small win. This week is about planning the journey and recognizing progress.


Week 5: Seek Accountability

Identify an accountability partner within the community. Discuss how you will support each other and keep each other on track. Identify resources you need and how to maximize them to support your milestones. This week emphasizes the power of partnership, mutual encouragement, and leveraging support to sustain your motivation and minimize efforts.


Week 6: Reflect and Reassess

Reflect on your progress over the past five weeks. In your next community session, discuss what's working, what isn't, and how you can adjust your approach moving forward. This final week is about learning from your experiences and preparing for continued growth.
