About the event

OPEN ENROLLMENT IS LIVE. REGISTER TODAY!

Classes begin in October and will be delivered on Mon-Fri at 9am, 1pm, or 7pm EST. Dates and times will be confirmed before classes start. However, you can hold the time and you wish to attend classes on your calendar until you recieve the class participation invite.

RRLC Micro Master Classes are meant to save you time and fit into your budget. You get to learn specific skills and cover key topics important to you as a coaching professional. Choose the micro class ticket that matches your topic interest. Each course as a coaching discussion group for learning continuity. 

Classes are delivered in English, meet via Zoom each week, and can be 1.5-2.5 hours in duration, depending on the class you select. There are also required readings,  and hands-on assignments that you will access via our training portal. There are no more than 10 people per class for 1:1 attention.  Our MIND™, CSC™ and CCCE™ classes earn CCEs and are taught by ICF credentialed coach.

Master classes available starting in October:

Introduction to Mindfulness in Coaching & the  MIND™  Model (12 CCE), 4-weeks/4 live sessions

Mondays: 9am, 1pm or 7pm

Learning Objective

  • Understand what mindfulness is and is not.
  • Understand the relationship between mindfulness, attention, awareness, and focus.
  • Become familiar with the mind and how it works in relation to behavior.
  • Identify the States of Knowing (Grime & Dudley, 2014, p. 166)
  • Learn about the mind and its influence on goal attainment, thriving, and beliefs
  • Introduction to the MIND™ coaching model.

Intro to Cultural Sensitivity Coaching (12 CCE), 4 weeks

Tuesdays: 9am, 1pm or 7pm

Learning Objective

  • Incorporate and understand the alignment of CSC™ with key Core Competencies and Ethical Standards
  • Identify the role heuristics play in facilitating the coaching process, goal attainment and decision making
  • How to identify and develop empathy and managing biases as a coach
  • Understand the role culture and social identity play in coaching diverse coachees
  • Understand how to apply a CSC™ based approach in your practice through challenging with care, and using life or trauma-informed inquiry, building trust and safety, and communication

Coaching Competencies & Ethics (20 CCE), 5 weeks

Wednesdays: 9am, 1pm or 7pm

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the core industry values and expectation for professional coaches.
  • Become familiar with the ethical coaching standards.
  • Become familiar with core competencies coaches should develop to successfully facilitate the coaching process.
  • Understand best coaching practices and how to create them.
  • Application of ethics and coaching skills through coach mentoring and practice.
  • Understand how to start a session from beginning to end.
  • How to ask powerful questions that evoke awareness

Generate More Coaching Clients (3 CCEs for Ethics), 6 weeks

Thursdays: 9am, 1pm or 7pm

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding the basics of lead generating
  • Understanding marketing models to support generating leads
  • Creating your coaching package and establishing your value
  • Intro to leveraging social media as a lead generator
  • Leveraging your niche brand and social network to generate more leads
  • How to differentiate coaching from mentoring, counseling, and therapy.
  • Implementing ethical standards and best practices as a coach.

Building your Coaching Niche (3 CCEs for Ethics), 6 weeks

Fridays: 9am, 1pm or 7pm

Learning Objectives:

  • How to differentiate coaching from mentoring, counseling, and therapy to build the right message in your brand.
  • Implementing ethical standards and best practices as a coach to establish trust.
  • Defining your niche market and CREAM™ clients.
  • Building your brand, Core Benefit and 30-second entrepreneurial statement.
  • Creating your coaching package and establishing your prices affirm your value.
  • Intro to branding your niche on social media.

As an added bonus for purchasing our marketing-based course, we will give you our Vending for Success, FREE.  This is a self-paced course that you can complete anytime.  It's all virtual!  Training modules are filled with valuable information, tools and activities to help you leverage conferences, events, and create opportunities to be vendor and gain exposure for building your niche market and coaching brand.  The learning objectives in our Vending for Success Course, include:

    In this class, participants receive real-world instruction on how to identify their niche market and build their Coaching Benefit statement. Receive tools and access to our Vending for Success course to help identify ways to build a CREAM™ client list or become a vendor at companies and conferences. [Duration 6 sessions/6 weeks]. This class is 2-hrs per session and meets once a week on Tues/7pm EST. Schedule is subject to change based on facilitator availability# of attendees registered.

    In this class, participants learn how to leverage their brand and opportunities to generate more coaching clients. We discuss becoming a certified business owner as a means to gain visibility with public entities.
