This instructor-led course provides coaching professionals with the tools, 12 coach training hours, mentoring, and supervision necessary to integrate cultural responsiveness into their coaching practice effectively. Through live discussions and activities accessed through our LMS, participants will explore how cultural experiences and social identity influence accountability, productivity, and goal attainment. The course is delivered in American English, over Zoom. We can leverage Closed Caption to support participants who identify as ESL. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: - Develop a deeper understanding of the Cultural Sensitivity in Coaching (CSC) approach. - Enhance their awareness of the impact of cultural experiences and social identities on coaching outcomes. - Apply culturally responsive coaching competencies in diverse client contexts. - Experiment with the CSC concept and challenge preconceived beliefs. - Discover how to apply trauma-informed/life-informed coaching questions. - Share and learn from personal experiences to foster an inclusive coaching practice.
