The Reid Ready® Master Coach (RRMC) program is an English, instructor-led, virtual training course designed to provide hands-on experience and develop key coaching competencies. This program enables participants to build a coaching portfolio demonstrating their capabilities and knowledge, preparing them to meet Level 1 ACC qualifications. The course focuses on developing essential coaching skills aligned with industry core competencies and ethical standards, helping participants excel in their coaching practice. It combines asynchronous learning through our online platform with synchronous sessions held virtually via Zoom. Participants meet twice weekly for 2-2.5 hours per session, with an additional 6-10 hours of weekly self-paced study and practice. Closed captions are available in several non-English languages, and some materials can be translated upon request. This program requires no prerequisites and serves as initial coach training for those seeking Level 1/ACC credentials.
