Master Coach Training Program: Instructor Led

The Reid Ready® Master Coach (RRMC), instructor led program is designed to give you a hands-on experience to help you develop key competencies. The program offers participants the opportunity to build a coaching portfolio demonstrating your capabilities and knowledge and prepares them to meet Level 1 ACC qualifications. The purpose of this course is to develop a coach's skills by focusing on industry core coaching competencies and ethical standards. The objective is to build and align your competencies with the requirements to obtain your coaching credentials and masterfully deliver excellence in your coaching practice. The course and material are delivered in English. However, we can provide closed caption in several non-English languages. Upon request, some material may be translated into local languages. Participants meet twice a week, for 2-2.5 hours per session. There is a blend of asynchronous and synchronous learning. The asynchronous portion is carried out on our Learning platform and compliments the synchronous learning, which is carried out virtually (e.g., Zoom). This is a rigorous, interactive curriculum, and you are expected to devote a minimum of 6-10 hours per week to asynchronous material and training. There is no prerequisite for this program and the course is considered initial coach training if you are seeking Level 1 credentials. We meet twice weekly, Mon and Wed. There are two sessions: 11am or 6pm EST.
