Master Coach Training Program: Self-Managed

The Reid Ready® Master Coach (RRMC), a self-managed program. is designed to help you develop key coaching competencies. The program offers participants the opportunity to build a coaching portfolio demonstrating their capabilities and knowledge. This program does not qualify for Level 1 preparation. If you are seeking Level 1-ACC credentials, you must take the instructor led course. The purpose of this course is to develop a coach's skills by focusing on industry core coaching competencies and ethical standards. The objective is to build and align your competencies and masterfully deliver excellence in your coaching practice. The course and material are delivered in English. However, we can provide closed caption in several non-English languages. Upon request, some material may be translated into local languages. Training is carried out on our Learning which participants can access 24/7. This is a rigorous curriculum, and you are expected to devote a minimum of 6-10 hours per week to complete activities. This program is self-paced and self-managed. You can complete work at any time during the 32 weeks. If you are interested in in-person delivery, please contact our offices.
