Associate Coach Training Program Tue/Thu 6-8pm EST

The Reid Ready® Associate Coach program is designed to give you evidence-based, coach-specific training, help you develop key competencies, and the opportunity to build a portfolio demonstrating your coaching capabilities and knowledge. There is a lot of material to cover, and your Coach Facilitator is here to guide you through it! This course is a combination of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Our 20-week program is very intense so you must have dedicated time to fully cover the material and participate in the live demos and discussions. Asynchronous learning and material is implemented through our learning management system (LMS). Participants can login 7 days a week to work on projects and lessons. During synchronous learning, participants will meet once weekly to have group discussions, Q&A, and experience live demos, mentoring and, coaching supervision around asking powerful questions, active listening, facilitating the coaching and incorporating coaching models and activities. In this course, we cover the basics of creating a career strategy and steps you need to take to work as an internal coach or consultant during synchronous learning sessions. During the asynchronous learning, there is information about starting and operating a coaching "business" as an external coach. This course offers participants 40+ CCEs upon successful completion.
