This program is tailored to help professionals from various fields develop core coaching competencies and build a portfolio that showcases their skills and expertise. This 20-week course combines both asynchronous and synchronous learning for maximum flexibility. Participants can access our learning platform seven days a week for self-paced study while engaging in live sessions once a week for 2-2.5 hours. These live sessions feature group discussions, Q&A, live demonstrations, mentoring, and coaching supervision. You'll also learn how to create a career strategy for working as an internal coach or consultant and gain insights into starting and managing a coaching business as an external coach.
