The goal of our 5-week training program is to give coaching professionals an introduction to Ethical Standards, Values, and Core Coaching Competencies. This is a great learning opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their coaching skills and maintain an ethical practice. In this course, you will learn why coaches take the “industry” pledge and commit to abiding by the Ethical Standards. In addition, this course covers the key competencies coaches must strive to develop and maintain. Participants will review key literature and learn how to develop their own ethical standards for their coaching practice. You can sign into the learning modules 24/7 and work at your own pace over the 5-week period.
