JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The right candidate will be able to provide support with processing payroll, PTO, and coordinating new employee on-boarding, reference checks, and identity verification. Will handle HR related questions and inquiry about entering time, benefits, and eligible perks. This is a part-time remote position. However, you may be required to visit the client's site for which our employees may be located. Therefore candidate should be local or able to travel upon request. Ability to protect confidential information and engage with others professionally. Willing to learn and grow with the company. Additional tasks as necessary. This is an entry-level role.

QUALIFICATION

  • Knowledge of ADP and/or other payroll and time managment/processing systems

  • A min. of 3 years of HR Admin experience. A candidate wth the right attitude and ambition with less experience may be considered and trained.

  • Proficency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access); you will be assessed

  • Type 40+ WPM

  • Proficient with Adobe Writer/Reader or similiar program such as Foxit Phantum

  • Ability to write SOP and/or employee handbooks

  • "Can do" attitude, open to new expereinces and learning opportunities

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to take initative, prioritize work and clear understanding of mission and purpose

  • Abiity to efficiently work remotely and having the necessary equipment to perform the role (PC/Laptop, dedicated phone line, fax printer, internet connection/wifi, etc,)

  • Ability to travel upon request

Virtual HR Assistant

$15-$18/hourly

JOB DESCRIPTION

The right candidate will be able to provide support with processing A/R, A/P, G/L, invoices, and expenses. Need someone who can streamline our processes, work on our backlog, and get us automated. Ability to protect confidential information and engage with others professionally. Willing to learn and grow with the company. Additional tasks as necessary. This is an entry-level role.

QUALIFICATION

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Quicken or similiar program.

  • A min. of 3 years accounting experience.

  • Proficency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access); you will be assessed

  • Type 40+ WPM

Virtual Bookkeeper

$18-$21/hourly

JOB DESCRIPTION

The right candidate will be able to provide support for our clients. We are seeking 4-6 candidates, with 1-2 roles being full-time and 4 being part-time. Days are flexible M-F. Hours are flexible between 7:30am and 7:30pm. 

Train, coach and mentor clients who signup for our training programs. Coach clients who signup for our subscription or coaching plans. Help leaders, entrepreneurs, HR/talent managers, and other professionals improve their success rate for achieving specific goals. Facilitate coaching and activities that provide clients with laser mindfulness to make informed decisions regarding business, career and life.  Help organizations encourage leadership, increase productivity, and improve collaboration and accountability. May include administering career, stress, and personality assessments.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree or higher in education, psychology, or related field

  • BSW/MSW NJ licensure preferrred

  • Reid Ready Life Coach certification (REQUIRED)

  • Experience with online training, Zoom or FreeConference (preferred)

  • Expereince with goal setting, time management, and strong organizational skills (preferred)

  • Experience with minfulness training (preferred)

  • Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screening

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Apps

  • Technical writing abilities and capable of creating documents, user forms, surveys, and appropriate material as needed

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Coach-Mentor

$20-$40/hourly
